A Sincere Question to Believers

Sit back, clear your mind and really think through these questions:

What would you specifically do if you knew with all certainty there was no God?

Would you change how you act?

Would your priorities changes?

Would you change what you teach your kids?

Would your morals change?

Start some dialogue!

  1. I think the morality question is a very good test. Just because a book reiterates some of your personal morals, that doesn't mean they originated there.

I would wager there are quite a few morality tales in the Bible that few Christians would claim commonality with.

Like Reverend Lovejoy said: "Just about everything is a sin, technically we can't even go to the bathroom".

  2. I would say most of the faithful are slaves to an unquestionable ideology. So I wholeheartedly reject such slavery.

I am an indentured servant of rationality.

  3. I'm suprised you asked these questions HERE. Believers don't come here. I only found this page accidently when I was looking for porpose drawings and photos.

    1. I'd cry
    2. Yes
    3. Yes
    4. Yes.
    5. Yes.

This is hard to imagine, but I'll try. Since no one sacrificed their life for me, I would be grateful to no one. So then why bother with good deeds or trying to be good. Different choices would be made pertaining to, say, abortion, and hatred, etc. I would not emphasize the 10 commandments in my children's lives. I would no longer go to church, celebrate christmas or easter (note no caps). I would be a much sadder person, because there is no other real love in my life. My life would be more centered on FREEDOM... sad.
